Payments
Payments can be made by Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Cash, Cheque, and Demand Draft.Credit card, Debit Card and Net Banking payment options are instant payment options and recommended to ensure faster processing of your order.
Objectionable Material
DryPlus and its affiliates shall have no liability to you for content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or objectionable to you.
User Warranty and Representation
The user guarantees, warrants, and certifies that you are the owner of the content which you submit or otherwise authorized to use the content and that the content does not infringe upon the property rights, intellectual property rights or other rights of others.
Allotment & Shipping
The products will be allotted to the customers whose payment has been received first. Items for orders placed together may be shipped separately

Prices for products are described on our website and are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. All prices are in Indian rupees. Prices, Products and Services may change at DryPlus Cloth Drying Solutions discretion.
Severability
If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provision or part of such provision and the remaining part of such provision and all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall continue to be in full force and effect.

Upon placing an order, we shall ship the product to you and be entitled to its payment for the Services.

Colours
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Shipping And Delivery Policy
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible
For deliveries in the New Delhi & NCR : Three working days unless we are exceptionally out of stock in which case we will let you know in advance.
For deliveries in the rest of India: Five to six working days unless we are exceptionally out of stock in which case we will let you know in advance.
For deliveries in the rest of the world: Seven to fourteen working days unless we are exceptionally out of stock in which case we will let you know in advance.
DryPlus reserves the right to refuse confirmed orders that will fall under the categories of cheques, drafts & e-banking
Orders that are customer approved but without enough funds will not be processed.
Delivery of Goods will take place at the Delivery Address specified by you during the Order process. You will need to submit a separate Order for Goods where you require multiple delivery destinations.
If you are not personally available to accept delivery, you may appoint a representative to do so in your place.
On delivery, the Delivery Agent may require you or your nominated representative to provide them with proof of identities, such as photo identification or proof
You or your nominated representative may be required to sign a delivery manifest to confirm that the delivery has taken place. If you refuse to sign the delivery document, this will be taken as a refusal to accept the delivery.
You agree to give us as much detail as possible about particular features of the Delivery Address to ensure delivery can take place.
